Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in selling custom software solutions, particularly in mobile application development, to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and a robust network within the US retail and eCommerce sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:

• Conduct meetings with clients to present our offerings.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted accounts.

• Share insights on leads, clients, and sales during team meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on:

  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Understanding and analyzing client business needs
  • Formulating project scopes and proposals
  • Monitoring budgets and negotiating terms
Market Strategy:

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop innovative marketing strategies.

• Attend industry events to gain insights and identify new opportunities.

Relationship Management:

• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

• Analyze client requirements and align them with our service offerings.

• Manage client budgets and negotiate terms as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the custom software development sector, particularly targeting the US market.
  • Extensive experience in selling software solutions to enterprise clients, with a focus on retail and eCommerce.
  • Established network and client base in relevant industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Experience (CX) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as applied to mobile solutions.
  • Location flexibility, with a preference for candidates in major metropolitan areas.
