The Enterprise Sales Manager for Strategic Integrated Partnerships will be pivotal in driving sales and securing new business by fostering and maintaining executive relationships with enterprise prospects. This role emphasizes strategic collaboration with senior executives and their teams, particularly within financial institutions, financial services platforms, global commerce entities, and organizations seeking integrated financial solutions such as FX, cross-border payments, SaaS, and other domestic financial products. The successful candidate will utilize both internal and external resources to develop cohesive account strategies, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Executive Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders at new enterprise targets, promoting strategic engagement with our comprehensive product offerings.
- Lead Sales Initiatives: Drive new business acquisition through targeted sales strategies, identifying and engaging potential partners to advocate for our solutions.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Head of Enterprise and team members to develop unified account strategies and action plans tailored to specific clients.
- Enhance Client Engagement: Oversee all facets of the client experience, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational sales objectives.
- Utilize Corporate Resources: Leverage corporate assets, including marketing events and partnerships, to effectively engage clients and strengthen relationships.
- Prepare for Client Interactions: Conduct thorough research to understand client challenges in finance and treasury, tailoring communications to address their business needs.
- Generate Revenue Opportunities: Identify and cultivate new revenue streams by recognizing additional business needs that our solutions can fulfill.
- Manage CRM Systems: Systematically document and track relevant information in real-time, providing regular updates and forecasts of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, with experience managing enterprise accounts, preferably in financial institutions or related sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of integrated financial solutions, including FX and cross-border payments.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to engage clients effectively.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work seamlessly with internal teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems for managing client data and sales activities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
