They focus on developing integrated marketing strategies that blend both digital and traditional media, utilizing a multi-channel approach to maximize the effectiveness of their campaigns. Their goal is to ensure clients achieve optimal returns on their marketing investments.

As the company experiences significant growth, they are seeking a seasoned and driven VP of Sales to leverage new revenue opportunities in the expanding market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives and Account Managers.
  • Enhance the existing go-to-market strategy to optimize team performance.
  • Identify market opportunities and formulate strategies to effectively capture the total addressable market across North America.
  • Guide the implementation of a CRM system (preferably Hubspot) and establish essential dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and processes.
  • Recommend improvements to internal systems and processes to drive operational efficiencies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Located in the Greater Toronto Area and available to work in the office a few times a week.
  • Proven experience in developing and refining go-to-market strategies while being hands-on and client-facing.
  • Experience with CRM implementation, ideally with Hubspot.
  • Background in selling digital printing or marketing and advertising solutions.
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in Mid Market and Enterprise level Financial Services and/or Retail sectors.
  • A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated success in sales leadership roles within the digital printing, marketing, advertising, technology sectors, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of omni-channel marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead, implement processes, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and drive results.
