Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic sales plans to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive profitable growth and expand market share.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not necessary)
  • Experience: 10-15+ years of senior leadership experience ideally in a sales management experience, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (Automotive aftermarket experience is an asset)
  • Skills: High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Qualifications: Strong business and financial acumen with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles and creating high-performing sales teams; demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive profitable growth and expand market share
