The Vice President of Finance will be accountable for developing financial strategies, overseeing cost management, inventory control, treasury functions, financial forecasting, and comprehensive financial reporting. This role requires close collaboration with the CEO and the executive leadership team to guide the financial direction and operational efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities of the Vice President of Finance:

  • Formulate and deliver financial and tax strategy proposals to the CEO
  • Facilitate financial planning and analytical processes
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and audit processes
  • Generate financial statements and detailed reports
  • Ensure adherence to legal standards across all financial activities
  • Develop and maintain banking relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical skills with a finance focus
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in finance
  • Recent experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
