Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 2301149 Ontario Inc. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Office Operations
    • Oversee the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
    • Direct and control daily operations, including planning and organizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Supervise and Train Staff
    • Direct staff and provide guidance on tasks and responsibilities.
    • Train staff on new procedures and policies to ensure compliance.
  • Manage Budget and Expenditures
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Record and Prepare Minutes
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Establish and Implement Policies
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Oversee Recruitment and Hiring
    • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Manage Digital Data
    • Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
    • Answer electronic inquiries and respond to employee questions and complaints.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
