About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at True North Star Subs Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Management: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.
  • Staff Development: Train staff and provide guidance on administrative procedures and best practices.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Transportation and Travel: Utilize public transportation to travel to work.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess a strong sense of organization, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
