Job Title: BMO Lending Referral Program Specialist

Job Description:

  • Provides expertise in the design, development, management, and implementation of BMO's Lending Referral Program rooted in referrals from external business partners.
  • Fosters a culture aligned to BMO's purpose, values, and strategy.
  • Develops strategic partnerships with external business partners, such as investment advisors and life insurance agents.
  • Attends industry events to establish the company's presence and identify potential partnerships.
  • Manages client relationships within the CRM System.
  • Creates innovative business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Contributes to the development of marketing and sales materials that align with BMO's brand.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Develops and executes a business plan to achieve sales results and drive revenue growth.
  • Generates regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Monitors and tracks performance, addressing any issues that may impact business results.
  • Participates in the implementation of strategic business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
  • Works independently and handles non-routine situations with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience working with financial advisors and life insurance agents.
  • Strong knowledge of the investment/insurance industry in Canada.
  • Proven business development acumen and ability to create and implement a business plan.
  • Familiarity with BMO products and services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate the BMO value proposition effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and French.

Compensation and Benefits:

$74, $138,600.00 per year. Salary may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and experience.

Performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, retirement savings plans, and other benefits.
