The Bilingual Lending Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in the daily execution of essential lending operations, encompassing loan administration and servicing tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Management: Facilitates the processing of payments, transactions, and service requests while adhering to established service level agreements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Works closely with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and foster positive relationships across the organization.
- Data Reporting: Collects and organizes data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Change Management: Assists in managing changes of varying scope and type, executing routine tasks such as service requests and queries.
- Administrative Support: Performs various administrative duties, including the distribution and filing of documents, while serving as a resource for junior staff.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintains a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and risks to ensure operational integrity.
- Training Development: Aids in the creation of tools and training programs aimed at achieving business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, complemented by a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of the business unit's key products, services, processes, and controls.
- Proficiency in understanding risk and regulatory requirements.
- Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both French and English to effectively support clients and team members.
