Role: Partnership Development Specialist

As a Partnership Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding Lufa Farms' reach by forging new partnerships and nurturing existing relationships. You will be responsible for identifying potential collaborators, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the success of our sales events.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new partnerships for Lufa Farms' sales events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential partners, effectively communicating the benefits of collaborating with Lufa Farms.
  • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring their continued success and exploring opportunities for expansion.
  • Represent Lufa Farms at events, promoting our services and engaging with potential customers.
  • Coordinate the setup and takedown of sales booths at various locations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports following each event, analyzing traffic statistics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to the Sales Manager in all related tasks, contributing to the overall success of the department.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Availability to visit current and potential partners, including weekend work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Previous sales experience is highly desirable.
