About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager, Lending Referral Partnerships to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales results and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including independent financial advisors and life insurance agents.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the design, development, and implementation of BMO's Lending Referral Program.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business development recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network within the insurance and investment industry.
  • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Execute routine tasks and service requests in accordance with applicable service level agreements.
Requirements
  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience working with independent financial advisors and life insurance agents.
  • Solid knowledge of the investment/insurance industry in Canada.
  • Strong business development acumen with proven results.
  • Familiarity with BMO products and services.
  • Ability to create and implement a business plan.
  • Knowledge of the competitors in the mortgage referral space.
  • Strong communication/Presentation skills with the ability to communicate the BMO value proposition to external partners.
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth. (French/English)

We offer a competitive salary range of $74,800.00 - $138,600.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
