Job Overview

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor at Second Cup. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the franchise location, including the supervision of the front line team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and treat every team member, customer, and client with respect and professionalism.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the operation, including monitoring cash handling procedures and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Team Development: Train, orient, and monitor new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, working closely with management to resolve issues.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Monitor staffing levels and report any changes to management to ensure optimal team member coverage.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including monitoring product labeling, temperature logs, waste logs, and production logs.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Culinary Management, Hospitality, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry as a Supervisor.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication skills, strong prioritization and time management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
