Role Responsibilities

As the Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor, you will work closely with the F&B Manager to lead and inspire your team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support Leadership: Assist the restaurant manager in implementing policies and procedures while ensuring the team is well-trained and aligned with the operational vision.
  • Maintain Standards: Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and ready for service. Verify that staff are knowledgeable about their roles and the menu offerings.
  • Effective Communication: Keep all team members informed about essential updates and operational needs.
  • Hands-On Support: Be an active presence on the floor, assisting staff as needed with serving, hosting, and training.
  • Safety and Security: Monitor the environment for safety concerns and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.

Position Summary

The primary function of the Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor is to oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlets, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

Your ultimate responsibility will be to ensure that our F&B outlets deliver a quality product while maintaining profitability and maximizing guest service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.

Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Ability to work long hours and under varying conditions.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.

Essential Duties

  • Approach all interactions with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Assist in training and developing team members.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
