Role Overview:
In the capacity of Head of Influencer Relations and Media Strategy, you will define the strategic vision for the Influencer and Public Relations teams, aimed at amplifying awareness and enhancing our outreach for Behaviour's original game titles. You will lead a diverse team of Influencer and PR Managers, guiding both seasoned and emerging talent across various projects. This role requires effective communication of our influencer and PR strategies within the organization, ensuring seamless collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Production teams, while reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the strategic direction for Influencer relations and Public Relations for both current and forthcoming game titles.
- Empower your team to design and implement impactful influencer campaigns, ensuring the efficient operation of our content creator initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with partners, agencies, and media outlets globally to enhance our PR efforts.
- Advocate for Influencer and PR strategies, set measurable objectives, and communicate their effectiveness to partner teams and leadership.
- Provide insights on player experiences and manage any negative feedback or media coverage, including crisis management.
- Oversee and manage the Influencer and PR budgets for all game titles.
- Mentor and develop a team of influencer and PR professionals, fostering their growth and encouraging data-driven approaches to meet marketing and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience within the gaming or entertainment sectors, with a proven track record in launching games and executing GaaS campaigns.
- A robust network within the gaming community, including influencers and journalists, is highly advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of Influencer and PR metrics, with a history of delivering positive returns on investment and staying abreast of current trends.
- Experience in managing influencer and PR teams, demonstrating a passion for team development and innovation.
- A strong collaborator, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of Influencer and PR initiatives.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a significant asset.
