Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk and housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Oversee the maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and maintain inventory levels.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
