Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out
Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner.
Room Reservations and ManagementTake, cancel, and change room reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date room assignments and availability.
Guest ServicesProvide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
Payment and BillingProcess guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
Administrative TasksBalance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
Emergency and Safety ProceduresFollow emergency and safety procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
Clerical DutiesPerform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
CommunicationAnswer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as assist clients/guests with special needs.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Work Environment and Requirements- Work Environment
Fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
Personal SuitabilityDependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability are essential for this role.
Work TermsPermanent position with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language required for this role.
