Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, taking into account the specific needs of each group.
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as necessary, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local points of interest.
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and service.
  • Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls, ensuring that all needs are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Will train, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential.
  • Permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency required.
