Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, taking care to ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, providing clear communication to guests.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing guest safety and well-being.
  • Perform clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Will train, providing opportunities for growth and development.
  • Permanent position, 35-40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency required.
