Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing membership sales and customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet members and guests enthusiastically, respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Membership Sales: Process membership sales, renewals, and cancellations, and maintain accurate records of membership transactions.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Process point of sale transactions, including retail and concession sales, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with members, guests, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
