We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
- Financial Transactions: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, as well as balance cash and complete balance sheets and cash reports.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
- Experience: Will train.
This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
