Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet members and guests enthusiastically, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Membership Management: Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with members, guests, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
