Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Financial Transactions: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, as well as balance cash and complete balance sheets and cash reports.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures, and perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, assist clients/guests with special needs, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Experience: Will train.
Working Conditions

35 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment opportunity.

Language of work: English.
