Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Gold's Gym. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Members and Guests: Greet members and guests enthusiastically and provide a warm welcome to our club.
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Promptly and professionally resolve customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person encounters.
- Monitor Member Check-ins: Monitor member check-ins and ensure that all policies and processes are followed.
- Direct Guests and Appointments: Direct guests and appointments to the appropriate employee or department in a prompt and professional manner.
- Process Transactions: Process point-of-sale transactions, including retail and concession sales.
- Check-in Members and Guests: Check-in members and guests using the proper registration procedures.
- Distribute Membership Materials: Distribute membership cards, parking decals, towels, child-minding tickets, and other materials as needed.
Requirements:
- Service-Oriented: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members and guests.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience required.
- Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
