Job Title: Systems Testing/QA Specialist

Job Summary:

Capleo Global LLC is seeking a highly skilled Systems Testing/QA Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects in our defect reporting tool (Jira).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the agile/iterative solution development lifecycle.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support clients with UAT activities to ensure software meets business requirements.
  • Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on software testing.
  • Skills: Experience with test tools and methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of SharePoint,.NET Web, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript, Java, Perl, and related scripting technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Test Case Development: Experience in developing test cases and test scenarios.
  • Test Scripting: Experience in writing manual and automated test scripts.
  • Integration Testing: Experience in integration testing, unit testing, regression testing, functional testing, accessibility testing, and non-functional testing.
