Job Description

At Capleo Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Systems Testing/QA Specialist Intermediate to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning and Execution: Create comprehensive QA test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure thorough testing coverage.
  • QA Support: Support QA leads with all aspects of QA testing and reconciliation, ensuring effective and timely completion of all required QA/testing activities.
  • Change Management: Participate in change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Test Data Management: Prepare test data and perform data testing and reconciliation to verify system accuracy.
  • Defect Management: Responsible for problem identification, creating, and updating defect reports to track issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in executing testing-related activities and data reconciliation for large, complex, business-critical systems with support from QA lead.
  • Skills: Proficient in desktop tools (Visio, MS Office, MS Project, MS Outlook) and testing tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Microfocus Product Suite).
  • Knowledge: Good working knowledge of workflow, portfolio management, and rule-driven business solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills and good analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, applying critical thinking to resolve issues.
