Job Description

Job Title: Systems Testing/QA Specialist

Job Summary:

Cleo Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Systems Testing/QA Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality of our software products.
  • Identify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution of defects and management of change requests.
  • Develop and maintain test data and test environments.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to improve application alignment and clarity of information.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance processes and methods.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as SharePoint, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript, and VBScript.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in defect tracking using a collaborative tool.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
