Job Summary:

Capleo Global LLC is seeking a highly skilled Systems Testing/QA Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of our software solutions.
  • Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects in our software solutions, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Client Support: Provide support to clients during user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on software testing.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing tools, such as Jira, and scripting languages, such as Perl and Java.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Siebel Public Sector: Experience with testing Commercial off the Shelf Software (COTS/SaaS solutions), preferably Oracle Siebel Public Sector.
  • SharePoint and.NET Web Experience: Working knowledge of SharePoint,.NET Web, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript, and related scripting technologies for automation.
