Job Description

GTT, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Systems Testing Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned QA Systems Testing Specialist with 8+ years of experience in building modern digital information systems and their integration with other internal and external applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defect tracking, automated test tools, and version control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test data to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Document and track software defects and resolutions using collaborative tools.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead initial UAT sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution of defects and management of change requests.
  • Provide operational support, including reproducing production bugs in lower environments and analyzing production data.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and documentation of codes and scripts.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in defect tracking using collaborative tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in automated test tools and version control systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing test plans, test scripts, and test data.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing and leading initial UAT sessions.
  • Good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as SharePoint,.NET Web, Web Services, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Demonstrated experience documenting and tracking testing and issue tracking systems such as JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards, and Asana.
Evaluation Criteria
  • QA Skills (40 points): Demonstrated experience in defect tracking, test planning, and test execution.
  • Technical Skills (30 points): Experience with automated test tools, version control systems, and documentation of testing and issue tracking systems.
  • Business Skills (25 points): Experience working with clients and technical teams to ensure effective resolution of defects and management of change requests.
  • Public Sector Experience (5 points): 5+ years of experience working in Government or Public Sector organizations.
