We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Sea Smoke Restaurant & Bar. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to manage kitchen operations and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
