Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our menu and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment or equivalent.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
As a Line Cook at Darrell's Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure to meet our high standards.
