- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
As a Line Cook at Darrell's Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and teamwork. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
