Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Anoop Transport Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Priorities and Ensure Procedures
Develop and implement effective work procedures to ensure efficient completion of tasks and meet deadlines.
Administer Records and InformationManage the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
Coordinate Office ServicesPlan and oversee the provision of office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
Assist with Budgeting and Financial ManagementContribute to the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare Reports and CorrespondenceAssemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
Train and Develop StaffProvide training and guidance to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Oversee Administrative ProceduresMonitor and evaluate administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Resolve Conflict SituationsAddress and resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
Monitor and EvaluateContinuously monitor and evaluate administrative processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee Payroll AdministrationManage payroll administration, including processing payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Plan and Control Budget and ExpendituresDevelop and implement budget plans and control expenditures to ensure accurate financial management.
