We are a leading transportation company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including minutes and action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as required.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
