About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Cam Transport Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our transportation company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
    • Coordinate and arrange meetings, seminars, and conferences.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations.
    • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
    • Manage contracts and agreements.
  • Record Keeping and Data Entry
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
