About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Passion Salon & Spa. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business goals.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support other administrative staff members to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure our business runs efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
