Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business goals.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and support other administrative staff members to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure our business runs efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
