Job Summary

Talent Recruitment Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Operations
    • Ensure the efficient operation of our office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and services.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Reporting and Data Management
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, including financial reports and statistical data.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and spreadsheets.
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
    • Skills
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
      • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

        • Work in a fast-paced office environment.
      • Work Schedule
        • Work 35 hours per week.
      • Language
