Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the flow of information within the team and ensure timely communication.
- Direct and control daily operations, including opening and distributing mail and other materials.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure consistency and productivity.
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries.
- Oversee the preparation of reports and maintain accurate records.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure to meet these deadlines.
Requirements:- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
