Kitchen Supervisor

Work Environment- Dining establishment located in a rural setting
- Casual bistro atmosphere
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safe cooking practices.
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
- Oversee kitchen personnel and assist them as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and workspaces.
- Organize and manage buffets and banquet services.
- Proficient in Italian cuisine
- Knowledgeable in East Indian dishes
- Experience with international culinary styles
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of handling heavy loads.
- Physically demanding role requiring stamina.
- Repetitive tasks involved.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
- Strong client focus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Willingness to relocate is preferred.
- Complimentary parking available.
- Permanent position with full-time hours (30 to 40 hours per week).
