Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Panjabi Foods Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our kitchen and service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Responsible for managing our inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our business needs.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety, and that we are compliant with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Manage Budget and Finances: Responsible for managing our budget and finances, including preparing financial reports and making recommendations for cost savings and improvements.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and quality.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, and attention to detail.

- English Language: English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
- Hours of Work: 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
