Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Panjabi Foods Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and portioning.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Staff Management: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Communication: Prepare food order summaries for the chef and supervise the assembly of trays.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Standing for extended periods and walking are essential aspects of this role.
Requirements- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment, specifically a restaurant.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, and attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
