Restaurant Operations Manager

Bell 720 Restaurant is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including hiring and training new team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
- Monitor and maintain a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 32 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
