Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Panjabi Foods Ltd. as a Restaurant Operations Manager. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in food service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of kitchen staff, including preparation and portioning of food, to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, and maintain accurate financial records to ensure the financial health of the restaurant.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Strong client focus, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
