Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Field Services to oversee projects at various customer locations. This role is crucial in managing technical, financial, and scheduling aspects of contracts while ensuring effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
  • Oversee all phases of project management, including proposal development, execution, and project closure.

General Duties

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze project requirements and formulate execution strategies.
  • Direct cross-functional teams comprising engineering, project planning, and field operations professionals.
  • Provide leadership by setting clear expectations and fostering accountability within teams.
  • Manage technical, financial, and scheduling aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Proposal Development

  • Identify project opportunities and lead proposal efforts, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Coordinate with various departments to create comprehensive proposal packages.
  • Conduct internal reviews and finalize proposals for client submission.

Project Execution

  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings to establish governance and stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to clients and managing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure successful project delivery through effective resource management and financial oversight.

Project Closure

  • Conduct project close-out activities, including final deliverable reviews and lessons learned sessions.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and finalize project billing.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of nuclear engineering principles and project management methodologies.
  • Proven experience in managing complex nuclear projects, including construction and maintenance.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
