About the Role:

  • As a Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project compliance to Project Controls standards, establishing integrated Project Controls systems, and leading meetings on project performance.
  • You will also manage the Project Controls team, support Project Managers in tracking project health, and provide input for continuous improvement.
  • Additionally, you will analyze project performance metrics, implement Earned Value Management, and develop project-specific plans.
  • Other key responsibilities include supporting in subcontractor claims assessment, providing expertise in proposal development, and adhering to contract conditions.
  • You will also maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensure a respectful workplace culture, and provide feedback and guidance to direct reports.
  • Furthermore, you will participate in resource planning and lead recruitment efforts for Project Controls.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Project Controls or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and adaptive thinking skills, with a degree in Quantitative, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Agility and flexibility, with innovative problem-solving skills and expertise in Project Controls.
  • Experience in EPC Contractor and Construction Field, with knowledge in Project Controls Technical and Stakeholder Management.
  • Leadership experience, with expertise in Excel, Primavera P6, and ERP Systems.
  • Experience in Cost Management and Estimating Systems, with a strong understanding of nuclear export controls requirements.

Nuclear Requirements:

  • Mandated nuclear export controls requirements must be met, and a background check process includes security clearance.
  • Those with valid security clearance are preferred, but not required.
