Who We Seek:

We are in search of motivated mortgage agents, submortgage brokers, or mortgage brokers who are eager to modernize the mortgage industry. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those transitioning from various professions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Building a loyal client base by delivering exceptional mortgage guidance.
  • Managing a personal lead queue with diligence and care.
  • Providing top-tier internal and external customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Mortgage License or a valid Mortgage Certificate from UBC is highly preferred. Candidates without a certificate must be willing to enroll in the course within the first month.
  • A proven track record in sales or customer service.
  • Experience with Filogix and underwriting is advantageous.

Compensation Structure:

  • This is a commission-based role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 annually

Additional Compensation:

  • Commission-based earnings.
