Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, commissioning, and general servicing of HVAC systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on-site interaction.
  • Guide and mentor fellow technicians in building automation tasks.
  • Complete necessary project and service documentation accurately.
  • Engage in HVAC control systems programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
  • Respond to service and warranty inquiries using Johnson Controls tools.
  • Deliver front-line technical support and repair assistance through effective communication with clients.
  • Provide recommendations for system repairs and updates.

How You Will Achieve This:

  • Load software for field and network-level controllers.
  • Conduct commissioning and diagnostics for all system controllers and end devices.
  • Keep management updated on job progress and challenges.
  • Calibrate systems as needed.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  • Facilitate training to ensure the highest level of expertise.
  • Engage with clients to fully comprehend their systems and requirements.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in mandatory safety training.

What We Seek:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC control.
  • Completion of a technical program in electronics, electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical engineering.
  • Proven technical skills in mechanical and electro-mechanical domains.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
  • Strong communication and listening abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Availability for on-call rotations.
