Your Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, commissioning, and general servicing of HVAC systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on-site interactions.
- Guide and mentor technicians in building automation practices.
- Complete all necessary project and service documentation accurately.
- Engage in HVAC control systems programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
- Respond to service and warranty calls using specialized tools and configurations.
- Provide technical support and repair recommendations to customers.
- Contribute to a growing team of technicians while advancing your career within a global organization.
How You Will Achieve This:
- Load and manage Johnson Controls field and network-level controller software.
- Conduct commissioning and diagnostics for all system controllers and devices.
- Keep management updated on job progress and any issues encountered.
- Calibrate systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Complete administrative tasks as required.
- Deliver training to maintain the highest level of technical knowledge.
- Engage with customers to fully understand their systems and requirements.
- Adhere to all safety standards and participate in required safety training.
Qualifications We Seek:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC controls.
- Completion of a technical program in electronics, electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical engineering.
- Proven technical aptitude in mechanical and electro-mechanical fields.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing equipment.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Participation in an on-call rotation.
