Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, commissioning, and general servicing of HVAC systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on-site interactions.
  • Guide and mentor technicians in building automation practices.
  • Complete all necessary project and service documentation accurately.
  • Engage in HVAC control systems programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
  • Respond to service and warranty calls using specialized tools and configurations.
  • Provide technical support and repair recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to a growing team of technicians while advancing your career within a global organization.

How You Will Achieve This:

  • Load and manage Johnson Controls field and network-level controller software.
  • Conduct commissioning and diagnostics for all system controllers and devices.
  • Keep management updated on job progress and any issues encountered.
  • Calibrate systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Complete administrative tasks as required.
  • Deliver training to maintain the highest level of technical knowledge.
  • Engage with customers to fully understand their systems and requirements.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and participate in required safety training.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC controls.
  • Completion of a technical program in electronics, electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical engineering.
  • Proven technical aptitude in mechanical and electro-mechanical fields.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing equipment.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Participation in an on-call rotation.
