Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and general servicing of HVAC systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through direct interaction and service.
  • Guide and mentor other technicians in building automation tasks.
  • Complete necessary project and service documentation accurately.
  • Engage in programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC control systems.
  • Respond to service and warranty requests using company tools and protocols.
  • Provide technical support and repair recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to a growing team of technicians while advancing your career within a global organization.

How You Will Achieve This:

  • Load and manage field and network-level controller software.
  • Conduct commissioning and diagnostics for various system controllers and devices.
  • Keep management updated on job progress and challenges.
  • Calibrate systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Complete administrative tasks as required.
  • Deliver training to enhance team knowledge and skills.
  • Engage with customers to understand their systems and requirements thoroughly.
  • Adhere to safety standards and participate in mandatory safety training.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC controls.
  • Technical education in electronics, electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical engineering.
  • Proven technical skills in mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing equipment.
  • Strong communication and listening abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Availability for on-call duties.
