Job Summary

VkaramDDS Incorporated is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment
    • Respond to patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff member
    • Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings
  • Administrative Support
    • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
    • Assist with billing and invoicing
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Communication
    • Answer phone calls and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner
    • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners
  • Technology
    • Operate electronic medical records and other software systems
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements
  • Education
    • College diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software systems
